Thor's first alter ego, Dr. Don Blake, has had many patients. These are the ones I could find from the Stan Lee era. What kind of medical doctor Blake is depends on the story. He's a top surgeon, yet he also runs a general medical practice. These are the patients from the Stan Lee era.

Dr. Strange--A battle with Baron Mordo left Dr. Strange injured. Thor found him and claimed him as a patient of Dr. Blake. Dr. Blake operated on Strange and saved his life, despite the surgery being interrupted by Odin. Since Strange's injuries were magically inflicted and Blake said he had to call upon his knowledge of magic to operate, I wonder how the surgery looks to Blake's mortal colleagues? Does it look like he's operating on Strange's spleen?

One of his patients, Norma Thaxton, told him that she would see the charming new doctor across the hall. From the way, Blake recognized her and how she wants to see hot doctor, I theorize she has "hysteria" and wants it treated the
old-fashioned way.

Being a doctor, Blake was curious if he could help Doom, but Doom's face was so horrific that Blake dropped all professional bedside manner and unequivocally announced there was nothing medical science could do for Doom. Doom took it was well as can be expected and had Blake thrown into a dungeon.
